social media
Step 4: develop your brand
You are not alone to struggle with developing branding. It's one of those things that seem so hazy and vague that it's hard to point your finger at. Is it a logo? The colors on your website? Your motto? It's all of that and more.
Here are some things to keep in mind when thinking about your brand. Well done, the branding makes every post, photo upload, and social media update instantly recognizable as yours. That's what sets you apart --- the thoughtful use of:
• Tongue
• Colours
• Fonts
• Attitude
• personality
And for photos, this means that the composition, style, filters, and other elements are as consistent as possible.
Step 5: Create a content strategy
Perhaps you need to develop a content marketing strategy in case of using Instagram for your business. To do this, first decide how often you want to post daily or weekly. Some trainers post once a week and others many times a day. You have to be consistent regardless of the method you choose.
And follow this content design guideline: Have a third of your posts related to your branding, a third to share content from influencers or your users, and a third to actually sell your product or service:
a) Branding: To help your followers to get to know you as a brand, state your values, your mission, and the “why”.
b) Share: This includes reposting your followers' posts (and, of course, giving them credit). Followers love when you repost their pictures. It makes them feel validated and valued by your brand. Reposting pictures of influencers will help you get noticed by them.
c) Selling: Selling messages shouldn't be intrusive and should reflect your brand's personality. Use lifestyle photos of your products and / or services to show them how your product or service would improve their lives.
Using a content strategy in combination with a content calendar can keep you organized and help you present your content in a way that will benefit your business and your customers. A content calendar has different formats such as an Excel spreadsheet, a Google Doc, or a WordPress calendar plugin. Also, there are a lot of content calendars available online. Choose one and use it to map your content depending on your marketing and content strategy.
There are also products like "The Ultimate Content Creation Toolkit" that help you find topics for your content, create a combined marketing and content strategy, and organize everything on a schedule for planning.
Step 6: start (or join) a conversation
All social networks are about relationships. Ultimately, it's not about making sales, getting more subscribers, or driving traffic. It's about building a real connection with individual people.
All of these other things - sales, traffic, and subscribers - are the result of your connections. And what's the easiest way to connect and build a relationship?
Start with the following actions:
• Like and share content you touch
• Appreciate those who inspire you
• Follow the persons who have valuable things to say and share
• You should say, do, and share valuable things
In summary
Instagram is a social platform that you can use in spite of your products or services. It's a simple but powerful platform to get engaged subscribers, targeted leads and additional sales. By creating an Instagram business profile and taking advantage of its many features, you have another way to stand out from a whole new audience.

How to Start (And Grow) a Blog in 2021
In today's video I'm gonna show you exactly how to start and grow a successful blog from scratch step by step this is the same process that I used to grow my blog backlink go to 307000 visitors per month I'm Bryant in the founder back lingo the place or marketers turned for higher rankings and more traffic and if you want to grow blog that reaches thousands or even millions of people you'll love the actionable steps in this video stay tuned when I was back like a couple years ago people thought I was crazy after all I was launching a brand new blog that was going head to head against industry giants like mas search engine land and HubSpot they were well or machines with hundreds of employees and I was a random guy writing blog posts in my underwear even though I still sometimes reply post in my underwear I still found success as you can see here even though I was a new player in a highly competitive space my blog got some early traction traction has continued to this day so how did I do it I follow the exact steps that I'm about to share with you so without further ado let's get started with step number one nail your blog's positioning when most people start a blog they wonder things like should I use wordpress squarespace or wicks one of the best plugins for SCO how can I get my blog to look like this other popular blog as it turns out if you want to grow your blog these are the wrong questions to ask and Hey I'm not judging when I lost my first blog awhile back I was obsessed with things like themes plugins and other nonsense as it turns out that stuff doesn't really matter so what does your blog's positioning positioning is a fancy way of saying what makes your blog different than the thousands of other blogs out there on that topic for example the first blog that I ever lost was in the weight loss space and I put 0 thought into that blocks positioning it was for all intents and purposes just another health and fitness block and because that blog didn't have strong positioning or any positioning at all really it ultimately failed flash forward to a few years later when I was. Lunch back Lee co and I need positioning a top priority like I mentioned earlier I was a brand new blog competing against established juggernauts and if I launch my blog as a generic digital marketing blog I would have failed before I even started instead to stand out I position my blog as a resource for
Blogging Tips for Beginners That Actually Work
You might have heard blogging tips like right about your passions or read about what you're feeling well if these are the only 2 things are doing your chance of creating a successful blog is slim the truth is that even if people are interested in what you're writing about it's impossible for them to visit your site if they can't find you and even if they do find you traffic is meaningless unless you can actually get them to read your content so today I'm gonna cover some important blogging tips that have helped us consistently get traffic to our blog stay tuned. What's a blogger's assemble here with it just the SCO tool that helps you grow your search traffic research your competitors and dominate your niche now well there's nothing wrong with blogging about your passions creating a successful blog goes beyond just you you should be a half decent writer understand the technical elements of blogging as well as social strategies that can help you take your blog from nothing to something so rather than giving you a popcorn bowl full of random blogging tips let's break these down into 3 buckets to help you get more traction the first bucket is all about becoming a better writer in the first at the falls in this bucket is to focus on a specific part of your niche now you might label yourself as a food blogger but by covering the topic of food as a whole you may be spreading yourself too thin for example even if you were able to publish 2 posts per day for an entire year on some topics like grilling food smoothies vegetarian diets slow cooker recipes nutrition and more it be tough to compete with larger sites are those that are just focusing on one of those topics so in my opinion it's better to focus on being a master of one then a Jack of all trades so focus on becoming the go to place people go to find smoothie recipes become the go to place where people go for grilling techniques and after you've dominated that niche audience you can try and expand to other subtopics to reach new audiences the second tip is to create content that's worth referencing referencing requires attribution an attribution in the world of blogging equals links links from other websites are important because search engines like Google use them to help decide which pages should rank high in the search engines now how do you create content that's worth referencing I've got 3 nuggets of wisdom for you the first way is to create content that's unique and interesting to your industry for example we ran an experiment where we spent over 50. $2000 on podcasts advertisements into the best of our knowledge no one had written this kind of post and this resulted in around 140 unique websites linking to this page in a short period of time another way to get people to reference your post is to include statistics H. S. blog has over 2500 back once because of a stash in this is one of the reasons why we continually published data studies there literally link magnets now we have access to a ton of data because we integrated into our suite of SCO tools which you don't need anything fancy like this to use this tip for example a good chunk up actually goes links come from stats and they're often referencing his own personal results like growing is organic traffic by 111 percent insisting conversions by 785 percent and it also works outside of the marketing which NerdWallet has nearly 29000 backlinks because of a mention of us that naturally as people blog they want to provide supporting resources that back up their claims make sure yours is in the mix finally include unique images that are worth stealing creating high quality images is heart which means that it's a point of leverage for those that are willing to put in the effort within our posts we often I custom images whether they be crafts from our data studies or illustrations that help better explain concepts not only do they create a better experience for readers but the result in links as you can see here we've got around 820 links pointing at JPEG images on our side and then another 1600 links to PNG images all right the next step is to make your post easy to read in the words of our CMO nobody likes to read they just want the information if they could download it to their brain they what and to do that you need to insure your posts are easy to read and use here are a few tips on how to do that you short paragraphs instead of big walls of text short paragraphs help readers for. Rest through your article in small and easy steps next break up long sentences because they're hard to follow break up the sentences by finding places where you use words like and because and that next use multi media in your posts so whether that be videos images or gifs they can often help illustrate your points clearer than words finally write in a conversational tone the easiest way to check this is to read your copy out loud if it sounds like you're talking to a friend you're on the right track but if it sounds like you're competing in a national debate try again the next step is to right click worthy headlines that aren't the click bait the one thing that separates your website from a user is a click fail to get clicks and you fail to get traffic now since most people will find your web page through search or social you want to craft a headline that accurately represents your article without sounding boring for example in article titled the 15 best headphones gets the point across but it's boring something like the 15 best high end headphones for under $100 is more click worthy because 8 it tells the reader that the headphones are of high quality M. B. hi end headphones are usually a lot more than $100 the next step is to write introductions using the app formula the headlines job is to get the reader to click through to the page then your intro needs the hope the men so that they'll read the rest of the post so to do that we use the app formula which stands for a line present and proof. First you need to align yourself with the reader's problem then you present your post as a solution to that problem and then you finish off with some proof as to why they should trust you here's an example from a blog in the first sentence we align ourselves with the reader by saying looking to grow your YouTube channel and attract more views we then present our solutions by saying that's the trick is to target topics with starch to me finally we ended off with proof by showing them that we've grown our you tube channel from 10000 to over 200000 monthly views in around here keep your intro short on point and focus on addressing why the readers on that page in the first place the last reading too bye have for you is to create feedback loops your first draft should never be your last at 8 trucks were known to go through a pretty rigorous editing process the writer generally starts with an online after that's approved they write their first final draft and no doubt they should think it's pretty good then someone else from our team will review their post question any claims suggest different formats or whatever anything goes at this point this usually ends up with a document that's completely highlighted in yellow with suggestions then the writer makes any necessary changes and we'll have those reviewed one last time before publishing. This feedback loop helps us to always put our best foot forward on every post we publish now if you don't have a team to work with it's worth connecting with other bloggers in your space who also want to become a better writer but don't just reach out and say Hey can you edit my post holiday yours too this kind of process can come through relationships which will expand on later for now let's move on to the more technical aspects of blogging the first step is super important and that's to write about topics people are searching for more commonly referred to as keyword research fifty one percent of all website traffic comes from organic search and if you want a piece of that traffic then you need to use keywords that people are actually searching for fortunately search engines like Google give you clues through features like auto suggest just type in a topic you want to write about you'll see a few other closely related terms there are other freemium tools out there like answer the public where you can find key words phrase this call

How To Become An Entrepreneur – A Step By Step Guide
When you become an entrepreneur it is about much more than just starting a business.
It’s a mindset, a lifestyle, and the right kind of person will make it all happen, even if they aren’t wildly successful at first. Perhaps that is you?
Here’s how to become an entrepreneur — and start your own business — like a pro.
How To Become An Entrepreneur – What You Need To Know

#1 Start with a great business idea
OK, that’s an oversimplification!
When you become an entrepreneur you are entering the problem-solving business.
Offering a solution to a problem your potential customer is experiencing.
It is fundamental to your project.
The basis on which your future business will stand.
So where do we start?
Identify a problem to solve
The most successful projects in history offered a solution to the existing problem. You may find your biggest frustration and look for a way to confront it. Or ask your friends, what are their major difficulties with their work. Perhaps, you have a solution to this.
Uber came to exist because Travis Kalanick and Garret Camp had a problem finding a taxi.
Facebook came into the picture because Mark Zuckerberg thought we need more opportunities to socialize.
We have GoPro cameras, because Nick Woodman, the founder, couldn’t find the photographer to capture his amazing adventures.
Validate your idea
Entrepreneur spirit is vivid and ambitious. Once we have identified the goal we want to go for it. However, being an entrepreneur is more than just being a fountainhead of business ideas. An entrepreneur is also a true leader, who is in contact with reality. Rather than building castles in the air, they identify real problems and help real people.
At this stage, it is important to do your research.
What has already been done to solve this problem?
Who worked on it?
What have they done wrong?
What did their clients complain about?
What have they done right?
What their clients are happy about?
This does not mean you should be scared of the competition. In fact, competition is a good sign. This means your service is really in demand. Rather than reinventing the bicycle, you want to know the “history” of your project.

#2 Develop an entrepreneurial mindset
how to become an entrepreneur today
All successful entrepreneurs have something in common. There are certain traits that comprise an entrepreneurial mindset. The most successful entrepreneurs are:
Passionate Entrepreneurs
Your passion is the fuel of your future business. Setting up a business is a lot of work. If you don’t love what you do, you will not make it to the finish line. When you are passionate about your project, working extra hours will not seem like work anymore.
Malcolm Gladwell in his book “Geniuses and outsiders” claims that you can reach world-class success in absolutely anything if you put in enough effort. Enough is 10,000 hours of work. This has become famous as Gladwell’s 10,000 Hour Rule.
For example, Mozart started playing musical instruments at the age of three. In his childhood, he reached 10,000 hours. By the time he was 20 he already had 50,000 hours of practice. Could he possibly do this if he did not enjoy it?
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” is a statement is often attributed to Confucius.
No matter who first said it, it is a “life lesson” that many entrepreneurs will quote, especially when it comes to qualifying why they are so committed to making their business a success.
Become A Proactive Entrepreneur
Being open to new opportunities is awesome. But creating opportunities is even better. Suggest new solutions, pitch new clients, find ways to do things better or cheaper. Successful entrepreneurs don’t settle for the status quo. Neither do they need to be told what to do. They lead the way through the unknown path.
Instead of REacting, or acting because something happened, the entrepreneurs are PROacting or making things happen.
Become An Adaptable Entrepreneur
As an entrepreneur, you need to find a way to grow your business. Sometimes you will get lucky and things will just go your way. Sometimes not. You will face the time when there is not enough money. Or when your team is simply not capable of doing what they have committed to.
A true entrepreneur can make it work no matter what. They can adapt to any situation. Not enough money? Become a finance expert and rearrange your expenses. Or get a loan. Or charm the investors with your confidence and attract additional funding.
This is true for adapting to unforeseen changes, both good and bad. The unexpected growth opportunities will come up, and they won’t stay long. You need to grab them. The market situation might change, and you may need to reconsider your business plan. Being flexible is essential for your success as an entrepreneur.
Be A Responsible and Ethical Entrepreneur
The day you decide to become an entrepreneur you take the responsibility for your life. You could never get far by blaming others or the circumstances for every failure. Entrepreneurs make decisions and take full responsibility for them. Learn to view your results as a direct outcome of your actions.
This also means being accountable to your clients and your team. Keep your promises, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality service. This type of thinking will make your clients come back. This will also win the respect of your team

#3 Plan your path to success
become an entrepreneur
Now that you have an amazing idea and the achiever personality, you are ready to go. But before you start off on this exciting journey, you need a map. Knowing where to go is important. But you also need to know how to get there. Your business plan is your map.
Set measurable goals for your business
To be a successful entrepreneur you need a clear vision. Set the milestones that determine if your business is successful or not. Make sure your goals are measurable and have a deadline.
Rather than saying…
I want a business that makes money
You need
I want to make X by the end of this year.
Rather than
My blog should drive traffic
You need
I want to have X monthly visitors
Your goals must be ambitious, but realistic. You may expect huge sums of money, but this is not an ambition. This is a dream. If you aim too high and then don’t get it, you will quickly get discouraged.
Manage your finances
To run a successful business you need money. This is the reality. There are multiple ways you can finance your project. You can rely on savings and be bootstrapped. You can also get a start-up loan. Or you can find an investor. Anyway, you need a budget for your business. And you need to make sure you stick to it.
Equip yourself with the right knowledge
In order to make decisions, you need to know the subject well. Lack of knowledge and skills may lead you to wrong decisions with unforeseen consequences. Perhaps you need to improve your knowledge of the niche that you have chosen. This will always be your competitive advantage. You might also need knowledge in finance or marketing to make sure your business runs smoothly. Life-long learning is what all successful people do.
#4 Launch your business
how to become an entrepreneur
There is a gap between planning and acting. A lot of great ideas never see the light. This is what makes entrepreneurs different – they take action.
A lot of people are permanently caught up in the planning. Trying to make sure they have thought of every possible scenario and issue before launching. They are addicted to planning!
Don’t let that be you.
Deal with the fear of starting
Once you have planned everything, it’s time to go. Many people get stuck in constant improvements. There is always “just one more thing”. If you find yourself thinking this way, you are dealing with procrastination.
If that is you, this will help.
You are making a leap into the unknown when starting the first business. Feeling uncomfortable is totally normal.
Remember, you can never be 100% ready. Colin Powell, former head of US military forces, said you only need to be 40 to 70% ready to start a project.
Also known as the 40-70 rule – If you have less than 40 percent of the information we need then we are likely to make a wrong decision. But if we keep looking for information beyond 70 percent, by the time we make the decision, it will be so late that others will have acted on the opportunity.
The reality is, you will always run into something you were not prepared for. You will have to improvise anyway. So don’t wait for the perfect moment. Press “Enter”.
The entrepreneurial world is very dynamic. If you don’t act fast, you will quickly get surpassed.
Find a dream team and collaborate
Success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It comes with collaboration. Your team is your support network that makes your business function. If your business was a car, then you definitely got the wheel. But in order to drive, you need multiple mechanisms working in synergy. Only then, you will get to the destination.
Henry Ford, the man who changed the automotive industry and the world, was often accused of not having general knowledge. In fact, a Chicago newspaper once publicly called him ignorant. Henry Ford took them to court. To justify their statements, the lawyers from the newspaper placed Henry Ford, himself, on the witness. They asked him all kinds of general knowledge questions to prove that he is indeed ignorant. Like “How many soldiers did the British send over to America to put down the Rebellion of 1776?”
For a while, he was turning all of this into a joke. In the end, he got sick and tired of this and said: “Why should I clutter up my mind with general knowledge, for the purpose of being able to answer questions, when I have men around me who can supply any knowledge I require”.
Henry Ford knew he didn’t have to know everything in the world. But he had to know how to find the right people with the right expertise.
#5 Spread the word
promote your business with digital marketing
You may have the most amazing business idea, but if no one knows about it, how can they love it? Be your best ambassador and make sure people know about your project.
Identify your audience and find the right marketing channel
Determine who needs your product or service. The most common mistake of all new business owners is assuming their product is just for anyone. Dig deeper. Semrush is one of the best tools for identifying your customers and the keywords they use to find you.
The best way is to develop customer personas for your business. Imagine they were real people. Give them names. Decide on their age, gender, lifestyle. Identify the challenges they are facing. Be precise. Decide how you are going to make their lives easier. If you believe your product meets the needs of several groups, you need several customer personas. And you address them differently.
Depending on your customer persona’s behavior, you can choose your marketing channels. You may be more successful by finding clients on social media, approaching them at business events, or print advertising.
Grow your network
Sure, you could run paid ads and do good SEO. But networking is going to save thousands of dollars of your marketing budget. Yet it may have even greater benefits.
People trust people. If you build relationships with them, they will be loyal clients or want to do business with you. Networking helps you establish meaningful connections and strong partnerships. Besides, you never know who you might run into. Use the opportunities to connect with others. Attend business events, zoom calls, participate in online discussions.
Come prepared. Have your 15-second elevator pitch ready, practice telling a compelling story about your business, and remember key stats that communicate your success.
And most importantly, remember that it is two-way communication. Listen to others, understand their needs, and offer your best solutions.
#6 Keep going
Persistence is the key to success. A lot of great projects failed simply because they gave up too soon.
Find the right motivation
Becoming an entrepreneur is a big challenge.
You need all your enthusiasm to keep the project running.
You need the inner power to drive your team to success. This is part of the game. To stay resourceful, learn to motivate yourself. There is no universal recipe, but here are solutions that work for many.
Be grateful. Entrepreneurial life is a dream for many. Being one of the lucky ones is an amazing feeling. So be thankful and find a few things that you appreciate every single day.
Stay in good health. To be motivated you need to be in good shape. Make sure you take care of your health. Here are 20 ways to improve your health right now.
Give back. We are happier when we share what we have. Donate to a charity fund, organize a community initiative, or simply make the next person you meet a little bit happier.

Automate and delegate
You can be the most passionate entrepreneur in the world, but if you get stuck in the routine, you will wear out quickly. Successful entrepreneurs don’t try to do it all. Instead, they prioritize the most important tasks and focus on them.
Need to track your website performance? Don’t rely on the old-fashioned excel sheets or, worse, guesswork. Set goals in Google Analytics
Promoting your business on social? Don’t spend hours on it every single day. Use social media automation tools.
Not getting website visitors? Don’t just hope they will come one day. Add the best WordPress plugins for getting more traffic to your website.
Us the technology available. It is there to help you. So you can focus on what’s important.
When you cannot automate a business process, you can delegate it to someone from your team. Hire the inspired and talented people that you can trust.
Face failure as a hero
Everyone fails at some point. Failure is a part of success. Take a look at the most successful people in history. Most of them have failed more than once. Bill Gates dropped out of Harward and his first business, Traf-O-Data, was not very successful. Steve Jobs was fired from his own company. Walt Disney’s first business Laugh-o-Gram Studios went bankrupt and he was even fired from a newspaper once for “not being creative enough”.
As Thomas Eddison said: “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work”. After he eliminated all the ways that don’t work, he found a way that does. Thanks to his persistence we can enjoy light in our homes.
If you fail, consider this a learning curve and carry on.
#7 Succeed
Once you have got your business up and running, you are at the beginning of a journey. There is still a way to go.
Success is a process, not a destination.
Communicate your success
Once you have the results, tell everyone about it. Self-promotion may seem awkward at first. Nobody want’s to look self-centered. But if you don’t believe in your success, nobody will.
There are a few ways to make sure you don’t look egocentric when talking about your success.
Talk about the success of your clients, and mention what was your part in it.
Tell about the breakthroughs of your team members. This still contributes to the success of your business.
Acknowledge your mentors. Attribute your success to the knowledge that you got from a coach or an institution.
Building a personal brand is a part of entrepreneurial life. It is your life-long project. Find the best way to describe your business and be bold!
Ask for feedback and improve
Your success depends on your clients. Ask for their feedback, run surveys, investigate errors.
When you become an entrepreneur you never stop improving.
This last point is perhaps the most important point to remember. Even with a successful business today, you cannot assume you will continue to be a success tomorrow.
New products and competitors will appear. When you become an entrepreneur it is your job to keep on top of these trends and to continue to innovate.

Advice to WordPress-Security-Concerned Depreciates
I have this client whom I affectionately call "The WordPress Worry Wart". Why? Because all of this man's business, product line, brand and web presence is Completely Consolidated In His WordPress Website. It was all fine 5 years ago. But the more he grows, the more he relies on everything to work, and the more he spits, which is not logical, the more vulnerable he feels, the more vulnerable his business is to being destroyed by a hacker or a jealous hacker. and the more he worries about it. I can't say Auto I blame him for the worrying part. The staff is a real asset to the marketing professionals depending on what WordPress is doing. The simplicity is beyond compare. And I have used it myself for years and still do for some effort. However, it is also fraught with security issues, in particular because it is the No. 1 platform and the most attacked by hackers. It doesn't matter if you're a blogger mom who does it for fun. But what if your whole business is blood related to WordPress? This is definitely a problem. The rationale for the source is not a problem because it is a problem related to the time and the time that the time is up. And my client is scared (rightly so!) Because he goes in and updates it and suddenly his server crashes. He saw this several times when he updated a plugin and everything crashes. It's not against WordPress, it's the Nature of Software. I saw it when I was doing my time as a nuclear engineer for the navy and when I had a budget of $ 12 million as a software engineer for Encyclopedia Brittanica. And so there is only this fear that he has suggestion from WordPress. It should be easy and it is. However, when it comes to running a growing business with multiple plugins and security fixes, it doesn't always work together perfectly. The solution? Mobile app. In my opinion, the mobile applications are Web 3.0. And in five to ten years, companies will have some kind of app if they want to stay competitive. You have very few security issues, if any, with web content management platforms. They make consuming ridiculous content simple because everyone has their phone with them wherever they go. And whether someone like it or not, the statistics don't lie. The latest statistics show that the average person touches their cell phone 2,617 times a day. They are always within 3 feet of their phone, even when eating, driving, traveling, exercising, dressing, shopping, dating, sleeping or in the bathroom. For this reason, over 70% of You digital content is consumed on a phone. About 92% of the person is not particularly mobile. In other words, your customers are there. This does not mean that you are not using WordPress or an HTML website for certain of your business needs. But when it comes to content consumption, why not go where it already is and do it in a way that is safe from the hackers who are always trying to block the good companies? The perverted forces attacking WordPress and other popular content management platforms are not a problem if a mobile application is configured and maintained. A mobile application Costs Tens of Thousands of Dollars to Develop and Maintain. With My Learnistic Software, Your Business Can Create Your Own Mobile Application For Less Than The Cost Of Your Monthly Cable Bill. Source article: http://EzineArticles.com/10399601
